explosion last night in Everett MASS

Guess there was a gas tanker that was speeding on a rotary (roundabout to all you ppl outside of MA) and it flipped over and exploded. This happened last night ruffly around 2am. Bout a 5 minute drive away from my house without traffic. The explosion blew up 40cars, set near by houses on fire and from the look of it really affected alot of ppl. The most suprising fact is no one was killed.... The explosion was so hot that they said on the news that the light post were falling down and melting,

However, my ass was asleep and i didnt hear anything! The old Total PerformanceSports strongman gym use to be right where the explosion happened but they recently moved down the street away from that area a few months back... Tried to drive down thatway today but couldnt get to close.

Glad no one was hurt :)

We had something similar last year...this dumptruck lost it's brakes on a very steep hill and hit cars and a tanker at the bottom at over 100mph. Something like 15 cars blew up and witnesses say the explosion picked up a full size bus and literally threw it over 100ft in the air before it came down on top of another car with people in it...Something like 10people died, it was really terrible. Luckily a doctor was in one of the cars at the intersection and was able to revive and save 2-3people.

ya im happy no one was hurt.... Probaly a good thing it happened so early because that rotary is always busy and it probaly would have been very tragic if there were more ppl out. Still cant figure out how the driver escaped with his life


i just feel badly for the familys who's house burned down, especially right before th holidays. Everett has had alot of fires over the last year or 2
