Just letting everyone know. Discovery Health Channel came out and videoed some of Phil's workouts and interviewed me a while back.

It will finally air this Sunday, the 16th, on the Discovery Health Channel, I believe it will be @ 9:00 pm.

I have no idea what it is going to say, or how we are going to come off.

Wish I got discovery health. That show looks cool(hope they don't try and go into anything controversial) and I just like the channel.
