So after an entire year of being juggled around between doctors I FINALLY got surgury on my wrist, bone graft and all. Now I get to look forward to months in a cast and then rehab. WOOT!

Congrats....I think.

What exactly did you have done? I had a scaphoid/capitate fusion back in 2000. The only thing I can't do now, lifting wise, is cleans. Some straight-bar pressing is a bit painful, but I can do it, especially with wraps. Oh, and pushups. The doc said I could end up with no mobility loss or up to 70%. I ended up losing about 30%.

Anyhow, get well soon.

Yeah it was my scaphoid that was broke.

Pat, hope your recovery goes well. Please don't get depressed, you'll be back soon! Do your squats ASAP!

On the bright side, you should have gotten some awesome drugs! :KD: I didn't take all of mine, and let me tell you, there are headaches that aspirin/alleve/whatever won't touch that the leftovers just wiped right out. Of course, it knocked me out too, but hey, whatever. At least the headache went away.
