Hey Ryan,

No, we didn’t train yesterday. I was in Oakland all morning. When I got home I just did cleans, DL's, and some OH work. I don’t expect we'll train events again until Jan.

I'm staying in S. Sac through Monday. I'll probably be down again sometime next year; who knows when, though.
