if my knee measurement is 39.5 cm what is the best size to go with? I was thinking Medium.

I'd probably go with the Large, from the site i saw on the sizing large is 37-40, you might even want to go XL if you're like me. I ordered in my size range and i think i'm going to have to reorder now that i've gotten fatter.

Go with a size smaller than it says. You will be glad you did.

Get them in the size recommended for your measurment. I got XL because thats my size as per the size guide and they fit perfectly. Thats for knee sleeves anyway.

Went with the smaller size. got them the other day and did my first squat workout with them. I am glad I went with the smaller size. thanks for the input guys!!
