Staying up late

I was about to go to bed, and I weighed myself and thought I was too light. So here I am pounding a shake with milk, bananas, and strawberries. yum!

Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night starving. I end up standing in the kitchen, in the dark, stuffing food in my face. Once I'm full, I go back to bed.

Sounds good man.I do the same every once in a while,but sometimes have trouble sleeping after eating for some reason....although right now that shake is sounding pretty good!
