Anybody With Computer Knowledge Please Help Quick!

ive just gone on my computer and i cannot log in to any site that requires a password e.g email acounts, myspace, anything

whats happened?? what do i do? :confused:

other people are saying that cant get on sites too - what does this mean?

Probably something to do with enabling cookies in your browser options.
(go to options and look for a box that says "allow cookies")

I'm confused, you say you can't log into sites but you are posting under your active account so you are logged in to this site right?

Am I misunderstanding? What types of sites are you having trouble with?

Yeah, don't think it can be a cookie problem.

As you're posting here you either logged in this evening and therefore have cookies enabled or you have the "remember me" button ticked and it logged you in automatically. In which case... you have cookie enabled.

cheers alex!! sorted now, i was a tad worried for a sec!

seems the setting of the cookies thing (dont really understand it all) has gone up for me, an maybe just people in my local area network, im not sure, but i put it down to low an they all work now - at first i deleted the cookies an couldn't get on here haha couldn't understand why at first haha idiot that i am

i could access this site because the password was already stored (by clicking remember me or whatever it is)
