He'd have to make 4 trips to the car, 1 for each plate, 1 for the bar and 1 with the spring clips.

You were in Iraq. That made you the man on Brutestrength. Anyone trying to train SM in 120+ degree heat deserves some props.

Been there, did that.....not fun.........the worst was Kuwait.....it is way hotter than Iraq.

Kuwait is worse because by that point you are so sick of traveling. You just want a place to unpack and rest your head.

Heck yeah....plus it feels like you get punched by the heat when you step off the plane.....

Kuwait wasn't that bad when I was there but then again the was Feb....I think it was only 100. I remember in Iraq they shut down the generator for maintenance when I was deadlifting in July....now that was fun :rolleyes:

The day we left in Sept of 2003 the thermometer on the BAS stopped @ 140 and the needle was 2 or 3 inches past it. So I am guessing like 145-150.......that was stupidly hot.

I hate when people ask/mention to me "but isn't it a dry heat?" I always tell them to climb inside their oven, because that is also a dry heat.

I know what you mean....it's always the people who hadn't deployed who thought that BS.
