didn't feel like one thing so i pretty much ate everything
This was over a 1 hour period:
1/2 lb turkey breast
10 slices of cheddar cheese
10 slices of provolone
3 loaves of pita bread
1 cup chili
2apples
2 cups corn
2 tomatoes
1 gallon of milk

I had a long day installing gutters and i just couldn't seem to get enough food in me. Now 2 hours later and i'm getting hungry again. I think i'll have a weight gain shake. My beef arrives tomorrow and i'll be eating 3 lbs a day as recommended.

My son just ate
1 whole scrambled egg
1/2 cup of oatmeal
1 whole banana
a handful of cheerios
8oz of milk

This wouldn't be comparable... except my son is 13 months old!

Sheesh Beers, it's no wonder you went from Middleweight, to Heavyweight in well under a year.

its all bout the gallon of milk. I drink a gallon a day. Its quite expensive! haha. Sounds like a delcious dinner. About what happens every friday for some reason. I have my dinner usually a sandwhich with 1lb of various meats on it. My moms homemade dinner which is more meat with some side dish. Then i go to dennys and get 2-3 meat lovers slams with only one order of pancakes. all within a 2hour time span. Its pretty amazing that it all fits. and the best part is i gain 4-6lbs go to sleep wake up and im starving nad 5-9lbs are gone!

Actually i was a lightweight at the maxiflex showdown. I had to compete against freaky strong sarvis. That guys a different breed, it'll be great to watch him and willie go head to head
