Our newest hottie to the board is Kara Bohigian!! I met her last weekend and she rocks!! Kara is guest lifting at the arnold in a few weeks and holds all kinds if records! Kara post some of your stats for the boys to drool over!!

lol...i see you caught me trying to avoid the question :p
my power lifts are all smoke and mirrors...i'm a magician and a technician ;) but at 148 i have done a 553 squat, 385 bench and 501 deadlift in competition.
my best olympic lifts are an 87.5kg snatch and 110kg clean & jerk and i've competed at bodyweights from 58kg to 83kg :eek:

Thats why Jesse likes to take me to contests, I carry his bags and mine!!hehe. :) (But if he's not paying attention I can always trick him into holding my purse) very funny to see!!

Yep Callie, I've been there too. I've managed to justify the embarassment by convincing myself that "real men carry purses". Same with wearig pink and other stuff like that.

I just glare at everyone in a defiant expression of, "Go ahead and challenge my masculinity and see what happens! I'll hit you with my purse!" And trust me, that is a serious threat what with the insane poundages of makeup and other unknown feminine items that are some how stuffed into it.

I don't mind carrying my wifes purse as long as it doesn't clash with my outfit. If she tries to hand me her black purse while I am wearing my brown shoes and belt, I just tell her that I can't cuz it clashes with my outfit.

Travis for the record most of us out bench you male or female. :) But until we go old school and do and incline log press as an event you'll be fine.
And another thing, I don't remember seeing the Kara lift on the event list. Next time I'm swapping out the stones for that one.

okay okay :) i was working at the inzer/bench america booth and things were fairly conservative/professional friday and saturday. on sunday we planned to have brian siders and ryan kennelly over there raw benching with 600+ and wanted to get a big crowd. i proposed to my boothmates that we incorporate some of the shameless techniques utilized by the other vendors :p so i scantily clad myself in arnold classic appropriate attire and periodically jumped up on the bench, hollered and threw out free t-shirts, wraps, hats, etc.
i'm not shy at all and rather enjoyed entertaining myself with my corny tactics UNTIL i look down and see steve kirit! it's one thing to dork out in front of a bunch of tourists and strangers i'll never see again, but when i saw steve i was like...oh crapppppppppppp :eek: lol!!! i was like...oh gosh please don't let this get out on the board and he just gave me a little evil grin ;)

OK couple things here....
First of all, you just invented a new word that made me giggle; boothmates
Second, I saw a black girl who managed to show her entire bare ass in a pair of pants. Did anyone else see that chick? ASSLESS pants?! I hope you didn't go that far!
Finally, you may have embarressed yourself in front of Steve, but I'll even things out. Check your PM, I have got a story about Steve that you won't beleive...

....hey Kara, all I said was WOW.....you submitted to peer pressure right away and even included photos, which we ALL appreciate :) (Trust me everyone, as good as the photos are, it was quite a site in the flesh.) Check out Kennelly in those pics...trying to play it cool like there is something more interesting going on in the other direction (there most definitely was not!)
...while everyone else was jumping and waving their arms for a t-shirt or a pair of wraps, I was quite content to simply stand there and smile :)
Kara, it was very cool meeting you this weekend.....you can be my "boothmate" anytime. ;)

i was so psyched to beat my own gaudiness PR but the assless pants have really raised the bar :eek: y'all should get some for your next contest ;)
