The sad part is that this is not a comedy video.

Didn't you know that jumping jacks and Jazzercise routines are THE ultimate strength builder? :D

That is a fact. You guys laugh, but the dude is a serious animal. My dad knows the guy. He can kick his big toe through an old gas can like it was a piece of paper. He may train funny, but he is hardcore.

I agree, it may look funny, but that guy is ripped and looks like he trains pretty damn hard. I don't know much about martial arts, but I'm guessing he's not training to pack on size like we do. He's training to be quick, powerful and flexible and it looks like he's accomplished that. He gets respect in my book. Even if it is odd as Hades.

Man... in the first 2/3 of the video he seemed liked a rabid wolverine on PCP... but the aerobics sessions with the ladies kind of cancelled that out. Either way... interesting watch.

Oh the dude is famous and definitely a MOD EDIT no doubt about it.

But just because you're a MOD EDIT at one thing doesn't mean you're all that great at another.

His strength training is probably effective, but that doesn't mean it's all that efficient or safe.

I'll admit that I was a bit lost when I first looked at it, but hey whatever works for him!

haha I love the grunting. nice. ha. but, he does look like he could kick some major tail in a k-1 style match or pry anything that doesnt involve wrestling. well, i didnt see him wrestling at all i guess...so he's obv. not training for it, but he might be good at it, who knows.

He sounded like a pissed off Gremlin for most of the vid. Most of the stuff he did there is quite odd but I guess it doesn't matter because he is one tough motha it seems. Can't knock, puts his all into his training it seems:D

The feral child? That's funny, I just watched the Road Warrior again a couple weeks ago. Waiting for Beyond ThunderDome to show up. Mad Max is classic.
