I haven't forgotten about the show, my laptop was screwed up. I am talking to the owner tonight about doing it during the block party in Hartford. I will post the events and location later tonight. It should be a blast!!

Okay, here are the events to determine who is CT's Strongest Bouncer '08. 32 competitor limit.
1) Bench Press- bodyweight for reps. Should it be strict, controlled with no bounce or as many reps as possible bouncing or whatever. That will be up to the competitors. I will take a vote.
2) Max Deadlift-standard gym bar off the ground. Weight will start at 495.
3)Farmer's Walk- 250 lbs. per hand for 100 ft. Fastest time or distance. No drops, drop it and you're done.
4)Arm Wrestling- Bar rules, just get the other guys wrist to touch the table. Right hands only. I'll go over the points for this later.
5) Truck Pull- using harness, probably a budweiser box truck.... 100 ft. Fastest time or furthest pull.
If anyone has any suggestions, let me know. All will be considered. Once I find out for sure the location and date, I will give more info.
