O.K, I think its time to start recording my training more seriously, and if anyone has any tips for me by all means, let me know. I want to gain sone lean mass and of course strength. I have a relitivly high calorie diet spread over 3 big meals and 3 smaller ones.

yesterdays training: standing shoulder presses 1x4 w 225
1x1 w 245
1x1 w 260

cleans: 225 x 5
270 x 1
290 x 1

clean and press: 260 x 1

decline situps with 51lb dumbell: 2 x 10

reverse hypers with 70lb:1x10

a low volume workout for sure, but I am starting to build now, instead of maintaining which I have been doing all summer.

light shoulder presses, and heavy grip work. Closed C.O.C #3! New P.R for that.
