I just hita 525 squat for a double tonight. Just had a belt on. Pretty stoked about it, so I thought I would share with yall. I really want to do 560 by July. I always want to shout it at the top of my lungs when I squat or deadlift well, but that might get me thrown out of the gym. LOL.
