I give them a lot of credit for being innovative. The prowler is a very expensive piece of eqipment. I don't know how smooth that is, but I'd give it a try if I had access to that version. Anyone here use the Prowler at all? I know Joe DeFranco is big on it for his athletes in certain phases of their training.

Michael, I think as long as you use a metal wheelbarrow, it should hold up just fine.
