MSG.com has recently launched a WSM Super Series blog and it is currently running an "Ask America's Strongest Man" theme where fans and fellow competitors can ask Derek questions about just anything.

Very cool indeed. Derek deserves all the fame he can get. He works really hard. With some good pr he could be a household name in a few years.

See you in NY Derek. However, I won't be screaming at judges from the front row this time--I'll be yelling from the cheap seats.

The questions are quite interesting too... not from your typical strongman fan...
like "Do you ever lift up cars when you aren't competing? Like, say, if someone double parks and blocks you in?"

I agree, the questions are kind of... well... you know.

People need to be asking him the hard hitting questions, like boxers or briefs, or what should be done about man-bear-pig?

It's good to give people who aren't involved in strongman the ability to get there questions answered by the best out there. Good PR. But the way some people's choice in words is still left to question.
