View Full Version : Gyms around Gulf Shores, AL

Anyone know of any hardcore gyms around Gulf Shores? Will be there the entire first week of June and need a place to train. Doesn't have to have strongman stuff. Really just want a good place to lift but would be happy to train strongman as well if there is a crew down there training already.

hey man, there is a great gym down there... it's called jason's gym. it is geared more towards a bodybuilder but it was very intense and almost everyone who trained there competed in something.

i believe that is the place... when you walk in you will know it is the same place there are pictures of lee haney, ferrigno, and some of the other big name bodybuilders from the 80's-90's. tons of weight, lots of unique bars. it has been two years since i was there but i always wanted to go back just to train there again. there are two locations one is on the main road in the gulf shores. if you get a chance eat at jimmy buffets sisters restaurant...
