Hey guys I found this on Mariusz's website. Just curious to see what he eats during the day. I know there are some polish guys on the forum so a translation from anyone would be cool. I already checked poltran.com but it is a very loose translation. Thanks

Dominator od kuchni
Żelazne zasady "Pudziana":
! 1. przed każdym treningiem (porannym i wieczornym) - pożywny posiłek

Reglarne i obfite posiłki to podstawa

godz. 7:00
I śniadanie
- Płatki z mlekiem
- Mały jogurt owocowy
- 2 kanapki

godz. 9:00

godz. 14:00
Obiad
Koniecznie z dwóch dań:
- dowolna zupa
- potrawa mięsna

godz. 18:00
Podwieczorek
- 1 torebka ryżu błyskawicznego
- 5 bananów
- 1 jogurt
- odżywka witaminowa
- HMB, kreatyna i glutamina

godz. 19:00
Kolacja
(3 godziny przed snem)
- Jajecznica z sześciu jaj
- 2 jogurty
- odżywka

Uwaga!

The first part seems to talk about a hyper alloy combat chassis containing a nuclear power cell that only needs replacing every hundred years. The rest is a maintenece schedule to keep the "human like" exterior from degrading. ;)

I am going to bump this because I am curious myself.....my ex-girlfriend works with a woman whose husband was born and raised in Poland.....if the curiosity keeps killing me, I may just break down and call and see if she can have it translated. It may not be worth owing a favor though, lol.

Breakfast No. 2

- Shake filled with Carbohydrates
- HMB, creatine and glutamine, as well as egg whites accodring to the label on the box, because your need is based on your body weight

2PM
Dinner (it is imperative to have a two course meal)

- Any kind of soup
- Any meal with meat in it

6PM
Supper

- 1 bag of instant rice
- 5 bananas
- 1 yogurt
- Multivitmain shake
- HMB, creatine and glutamine

Funny you should say that, he mentions that before the contest he doesn't eat as big a breakfast anymore because couple of years ago, while doing a train pull he puked right in the middle of it. Kept going though!!!

His breakfast looks to be the biggest meal of the day for him. Honestly, that isn't what I was expecting. It doesn't seem like he eats a lot of whole foods to me... where's the beef? what about steak? lol

I think that this is his "meat" meal during dinner. He did not specify in the write up what kind or how much of it he eats.

Just went onto his web site to actually re-read his diet, as I used the text from this board in my translation. He mentions there that his diet is based largerly on meat. He also does not pay attention to how much fat is in his diet.

Explanation translated from his web site:

"Strongman does not have to care about how he looks, but how strong he can become. Besides, fatty tissues protect you much better from getting hurt and from cramping up. An if you work out really hard, then you will burn that fat anyway. Just look at me, no signs of fat."

He does a good job of burning it off. Probably from his higher volume workouts.
