are you trying to gain mass or cut or both?
How long have you been eating like this and has it been working for you?

Personally, i find its hard to gain weight gradually because its hard to know how many calories your going to expend on a daily basis. If you train especially hard one day you might expend 500-1000 more calories than usual. Its also hard to know what your fluid levels are at all times.
I find its better to set out to gain 5lbs over the course of a week, then work on keeping that 5lbs over a months time span. I've found through working with myself and some of my clients that most people bodies like to stay in a certain bf range. My range is 10-13%. When i first gain that 5lbs i may go to 13-14%, but over the month when i try to hold onto that extra weight, my body will gradually get back down to 10-13%.
Another thing is that gaining mass and getting cut don't often happen together. Don't chase conflicting goals. Your diet looks good for what you're trying to accomplish but i'd cut the fat burner. I'd also eat more food in the morning, especially breakfast. Good luck

if i were you i would just gain the weight and not worry about getting too fat....
or course you have to stick with clean food....
Then when you feel you have grown ...then its time to cut down to where you want to be. :IMHO:

Well my BF % isabout 23 now. I will be doing a lot of running (football), so I willbe burning more calories. I was thinking of cutting to a specific body fat like 15 and clean bulking from there.

I'm already fat now plus it would help with certain drills, improve my test scores (vertical, 40, etc.).

Way to many shakes! Try and get only 1-2 shakes (3 at the most). Real food is much better for you (more nutritious and less bull shit fillers) and will help to increase metabolism (harder to digest) then drinking all those shakes.
What are the entres you speak of in meal 2?
Any idea of the amount of calories and macronutrients this is?
To build muscle and loose fat your diet has to be pretty meticulous.

I need some way to get in all my protein. 50/50 with whole food and shakes. It's just a plain whey protein, no weight gainer type stuff. I am probably going to take some things out and will see about macro's.
Meal 2 is school food, whatever that day mainly.

if you want to look like other school people eat school food.
if you want to be out of the ordinary ....eat like jesse
if you want to reach your goals..you must have focus , determination, and dedication
And that means you have to work hard on training...and especially the diet.
No school food! :D:

yea but getting that much of that from shakes is not that great. You need to get amino acids from a variety of sources and whole foods are the best place to get them. Chicken, fish, red meat, ostrich, bison, cottage cheese, eggs, etc...

Okay, I'll cut down on the shakes.. I do have a bulk bcaa powder I am also using.
Situation is a little hard for me to bring my own food for lunch. I'll think of a way to make it work.
