I carried a washing machine around..... does that count? Sooooo...... I have not been on here in forever really other than just lurking so I am going to give a little update for all my fans (the 2 of them). The wrist is doing better, but its not 100%.... All was going well and I finally got my cast off a couple months ago and got almost to the point of using it for anything other than shovelling food in my face (which I have been doing alot of). Then like a moron I was messin around and fell backwards on it, now it feels about as crappy as before. I dont care though, I need to lift. I just moved in with some friends and spent the entire morning moving crap around in our garage to make way for my weights, which are collecing dust at my dads house 40 some odd miles from here. Hopefully I will be able to get all my strongman stuff over here when I go to get my furniture. Then its a race to go down to a lightweight because I dont think my wrist can handle the weights the big boys will be using. Oh and I now have a computer at my disposal too so I can actually get on here. Ps.. no oly lifting, ever. Its sad.

With that said... Mike Stewart! I am calling you out! Its time to train.
