Has anybody used the New Adiddas Weightlifting Shoes? any pros and cons? are they better than the other adistars?

I haven't used them, but I can tell you that at 145Pounds (I'm assuming 300US$), they're not going to be worth it. Most lifters would say the Equipments are better than the newer Adistars, and cheaper. Personally, I'd rather go for some cheaper Adidas shoes, or wait for the Nike Romaleos which should come in around $180. Unless you're floating in cash, that changes things.

300 bucks for a pair of lifting shoes is a complete waste.

On the adidas website they have it listed at $200 and I tried the Nike Romaleos and the old adistars were better to lift in. I wouldn't mind wearing the Nike's out with some jeans.hahaha

Well I'd go for them then. Adidas don't make any rubbish shoes. If you can afford them, take em. Those Romaleos look so insanely cool, totally would wear them outside.

Holy crap, each? That's really heavy footwear... I think both of my Powerfirms combined weigh less than a pound...

Oh crap Jono, I'm sorry. Sometimes I think I'm Scott Markowitz.

That was a 'Sterling' comment, Josh. Well done.

Markowitz is 330lbs of redbeard, you kinda sounded more like Brouse.
