Dude,
Did you hit the lotto? That stuff is pretty expensive for creatine and "special" carbs. $65 bucks for 20 servings, one site has it $36 bucks for the big jug for 20 servings. I think you can get creatine cheaper than that.
Ohhh, its from a foreign country, it must be good.
WTF?
I think you must have hit your head doing BBC. ESOG is turning your body hard, but your brain to mush.
It looks like I might have to find some "straight" guys to work out with.
see ya

p.s. remember when you were all about squattin, dl's, rows, events, Maker's Mark and beer?? Damn, you were strong then. :M:
I don't see where spending the extra money to buy Vitargo will make much better gains in the gym.
I'd buy the cheap stuff at Wal-Mart; 50 servings for 12 bucks. It's basically a cell-tech knockoff and works great. I personally make my own with gatorade/creatine.

I had stopped using creatine for years because I didn't think the minor gains I got from it were worth the upset stomach and the hassle of taking it multiple times a day. This summer I decided to try Vitargo CGL by Nutrex because I had read a review on it that said it didn't upset the stomach and used a glycogen loading system instead of the usual sugar loading. Also you only had to take it twice a day for 5 days, and once a day after that.
Well, I tried it and I was pleasantly surprised. I gained about 6 or 7 pounds, got stronger, with harder muscles, and no stomach problems. I loved the fact that I only had to take it once a day. The only down-side is that I need to mix it in a blender for 60 seconds or else it stayed in gel-like globs. I just mix it up and drink it right from the blender. A large container will last 15 days the first time because of the 5 days of loading, and 20 days after that. It is more expensive that plain creatine, but so much more effective.
You can get it for about 38 bucks on www.nlpbodybuilding.com, which my brother Sam and I own. I sell a lot of different supplements, so my opinion about Vitargo CGL is not based on promoting sales. For example, I also sell Cell Tech, but in my experience it is nothing more that overpriced Phosphagen HP.
If someone wants to use creatine, I have not used anything better than Vitargo CGL, and I would recommend it to them.

I always heard that drinking 1 beer before working out is the best energy drink there is. I haven't put this to the test, but it's totally believable.

Mr. T.,
We have used beer in the past for "recovery" purposes after working out. I have never personally tried one beer before a workout as an energy booster.
In fact, I don't think I have EVER had ONE beer.
