forearm sleeve sizing

atomic athletic has them in 3 sizes based off weight but I've heard they are sized big. anyone know how to size them right?

I'm around 15 1/2 - 16" around the fattest part or my forearm. I went with the large and they are about right (slightly on the big side if anything). Jim - just a wild guess from seeing some of your videos, but I would probably opt for a medium if I were you.

I kind of wish I went with the mediums because with all the sweat and tacky over time, they are starting to stretch. I'm almost overshooting the velcro on them now. They've help up well though.
