as always, we trained X-mas morning. somebody always gets a new toy and we have to try it out. this last x-mas I got a sandbag from ironmind.com. carried it till we puked.

why induce self inflicted vomiting on x-mas? hard core? nah! just don't know any different.

Training on Christmas is a must, lol. It's too hard to wait, but why would you want too anyway.

yep! I've trained every x-mas morning since I was 15. My body doesn't know it's x-mas. To my muscles it's just another day at the office.

i wish i had stuff to use on christmas day. there is like no strength equipment sold in oz so i cant buy anything to play with. i have big stones from the garden. but the one i can lift is 2 light and the i cant lift is way to heavy.lol
when i get a credit card im gonna buy u outta stock jess :D
