Do any of you folks take a full week off of training, after training say 15-20 weeks of hard training? I feel like I'm overtraining. Just not quite feeling 100%. Consistantly tired, a little bit down and irrtable. I always heard in the bodybuilding circles to take a week off every 10-15 weeks to let the nerveous and immune system recoup, along with all of your joints + muscles. regardless, Im taking a week off! I need, and deserve it. What are your thoughts everyone?
