Poundstone 2008

Hey Everyone :D

Last week I took on a little project and decided to put together a little video clip for Derek to get him amped up before he left for Worlds. My little clip turned into a 17 minute movie of Derek's 2008 year of strongman leading up to worlds. So I had to split up the video into 3 parts to upload it on youtube. I used all my own pictures and video clips together. I was able to show Derek the day before he left and he loved it! I thought I would share it with you. Even if you aren't a poundstone fan it gets you really pumped up and looking forward to hearing about worlds. I hope you enjoy the video as much as I enjoyed making it.

Sorry for some of the shakey clips...I get real excited when Derke competes!

Very nice videos, you know on a side note Derek really moves through the medley! That is scary to be that quick on your feet! Good work again!
