Conan's Wheel

Anyone have good pictures or plans for a Conan's Wheel? A friend of mine is a good welder and handyman, and we are going to try to build one. Any info and ideas would be much appreciated. Please post some photos if you have one, and give us ideas of what you like or dislike about it.
