Congrats Patrick, nice work!!
Deadlift PRs are great. But, for some reason, they always mean more when the number ends with 2 ZEROS!

SCORENESS!!!!!! CONGRATS!!!!!! Just don't deadlift REALLY hard more than once every 10-14 days and you probably won't hit a plateau. Good WORK!

I think for the next 12 weeks or so I am going to go back and forth between ME and DE weeks, I am just wondering how I am going to schedual my workouts and stuff, I need to hit 550 by july 13 (hopefully alot more, goal Jesse set for me) and that is my only real goal on it for now and get alot more reps with 450-475ish.

Awsome keep it up, Once it gets passed 515 It goes up quick. Least it did for me. Also now you know next time to skip 500 and go straight for 515-525. Keep it up! :KD:

good stuff patty!!! dont stop training hard now that u've got it too.
i finally got 500 about 3 months ago or less. and it seriously gets easier and easier from here. i dont know wat my max is now (haven't tested since the 500) but now im doing 5x5
going up to my last 2 sets with 500 for 5 reps. i cant explain why it goes up so easily. i think its just coz its all in ur mind and 500 is one of those numbers. and until u have it everything is hard. but once u get it, everything just falls.
congrats :KD:

Ryan,
According to House of Pain's max effort calculator, 500x5 equals a 590 max. I think you need to go for your new max this week and post it!!

holy crap!! thats a huge jump. im scared, lol
i'll try 550 first cause thats 250kg which is a huge "lifting milestone" for ppl that work in kg's then maybe the week or 2 after i'll go 600lbs. i wish i had a camera or video camera. im gonna try and get one for xmas!!
i love the whole kg and pound thingy cause ur always breaking barriers most PR's first a pound barrier then a kilo one then a pound and so on and so on....
