I was 308 last time I stood on a scale a few weeks ago. I hope I'm a few pounds heavier than that now.

I'm weighing about 308 myself right now, but I'm not going to stop eating tomorrow until the scale reads 320.

PS Jesse, Have you ever tried just throwing a tbsp of olive oil in every shake you drink during the day? Back when I had trouble gaining weight a pro BB told me to try that. I would throw a tbsp in each of 3 extra shakes I had per day and always put a tbsp on every salad/bowl of rice/potato I ate as well. I started gaining weight and my strength went up as well.

Haha I was the first to mention it, look on my other thread "500 Falls!!"
there only seems to be about 100 people that post enough to know their names, all the others are wall flowers or have only posted a few times.

carefull with fish oil caps. many are rancid and not at all what the lable claims. Vital Choice Seafoods sells the best fish oil money can buy. I FEEL the difference. Forget glucosamine and all that other stuff for joints. Hit the fish oil for a while and you'll notice a difference in the way your joints feel.
