Paul,
are you sure you don't want to train today?!
I just think it's a waste to have this day off and consume large amounts of turkey, potatoes, pie, etc and not put them to use. Of course, My family has two thanksgiving meals - lunch and dinner. So i plan on gorging for lunch get some caffiene in my system bust my ass for a new PR and then gorge myself again for dinner. Just a thought - that is if your training hall is the same place your eating turkey. Just remember everyday you miss a workout you let other people get that much closer to beating you. haha.

Training after turkey dinner?!?! Don't forget your Immodium!!!!

It all works out just fine, because today is my "off day" anyway.

Sun- off
Mon, Tue, Wed- gym training
Thu-off
Fri, Sat-events

And I'll be in Scandanvia today, way too far for training.

OK...enough hijacking!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!!

I am going to destroy some turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce today. My wife, God bless her, made a chocolate chip cheesecake with melted chocolate chip frosting from scratch yesterday and I'd say that this thing is as close to a sugar loaded nuclear bomb as we'll ever have in this house!

Best wishes for you folks and your families. I hope you have some things to be thankful for this year.
