Looking for a gym around Rochester MN.. friend of mine is a patient at Mayo Clinic in Rochester MN right now.. planning on going to visit him hopfuly in the next week or so..
dont really want my training to stall out as im close to a contest..

so yeah anyone know any decent gyms in the area???

I live in Rochester. I am off work Monday - Saturday (24 - 29). I am have a gym with implements or if you are a USAW member you can train at SWSC with us.
