Brooks Kubik is awesome.

"Some of you younger viewers may be wondering why I'm doing this. Three words: mid life crisis. Sure I could spend 100,000 dollars on a car or date a girl half my age, but instead, I lift anvils over my head"

wasn't he focused on bodyweight movements, and all done with iron?

He writes about that on his web site and how A.R.T. helped him get back to training like before and helped a lot of his old shoulder and back injuries that made him convert to bodyweight only. Actually even in the Bodyweight Training e book there are routines combining Bodyweight training and DINOSAUR style work outs.

Looks like it's a novel with training routines peppered in it.
It’s a novel.

An historical novel.

It’s set in the late 1930’s, and it’s about a skinny kid with asthma who learns about weight training –. believe me, he needs to — and he ends up meeting Bob Hoffman, Steve Stanko, John Grimek, Gord Venables, Gracie Bard and the rest of the York Gang – along with Harry Paschall, Sig Klein, John Davis, John Terry, Warren Lincoln Travis and tons of other guys.
