For those that may not be aware of it, Henry spent time training with Dr Ken, while Henry was living in New York.
I'd love to see a video or photo of one of those sessions, must have been pretty intense.

it is an awesome article...

his choice of "workout" music is much in line with mine...as well as his thoughts during training... for some reason..ballads...lost love...lost loved ones...is what motivates me when I need a kick in the butt tox ...

That word "iron" in that article could be replaced by many passions...running, triathlons...other sports or endeavors...everyone has their passion that drives them...for us..its strength...iron...for others it could be running the Bad Water 135 ultra marathon...

darn good article..
