I read you're 3 day split you use for training. With how my work schedule is I'm going to use your basic plan into my training. I have a question though, I've used ME/DE in the past but what reps do you suggest going to on ME days? I usually go to a MAX single. Should I be doing that or rotate max doubles, triples etc?

On accy work how many sets and reps do you suggest?
