NH gyms

Well since I may be back in the granite state this summer(possibly without my powerrack) are there any guys that have a place to train in southern nh? I will be living in portsmouth and am willing to drive a bit if need be to train with a good crew. Thanks.

Hi Mike

we have a good size group in nashua but that is about a hour from portsmouth.
We train at Best Fitness and have a good amount of equipment which seems to be growing alot.
I'm sure Bob Toth will chime in he knows the training times better then i do

Thanks Jim, if its in Nashua I might be able to do once a week for event training and just do my gym lifts at a local gym.

Hey Micheal,

In the spring and summer time, we usually get outdoors and train on Tuesdays and Thursday evening - around 6 - 8 PM... we'll have some guys come in around 5:00 and some stay to 8:30 or so... depends upon available sunlight and weather.

We usually try to do a 3rd day.. which we'll adjust according to personal schedules.

As it get closer to your arrival in NH, PM me and I can give you the latest and greatest...
