Not sure if enjoy was the right word. The guy does have epic hair... and what karate federation endorses satin as the fabric of champions? It was almost like the start of a bad porno. Thank god it didn't end like one too.

He is actually very well-spoken and did indeed to an excellent job of side-stepping. He doesn't deny using them but sort of implicated that 'test boosters' and creatine helped him. Clever also how he included MuscleTech in there too.

At 1:43 seconds, all these years I thought the proper term was "definition", now I find out it's "definements".
