i know i read a article a while ago sayin when he was 19, he deadlifted 650 lbs!!, thats just insane for 19! i heard his bench is 540, and squat is 600. these are some really impressive numbers.

If i can find the link ill post it

I haven't watched for years, but from the guys I know of, I'd guess Big Show would stand a good shot.

I would also say the big show or the Great Khali. They are both massive and in pretty good shape. Well, Big Show is in better shape than he used to be.

john cena does some amazing things ... his functional strength is one of a kind ... He could walk in a LW pro contest and clean up ... no doubt... he scooped that 600lb black guy on his shoulders like he was nothing man.

more like 600 lbs for reps as a freshman in high school and 898 raw squat, 542 raw bench and 867 raw dl in meet at 19. he squatted 933 as a teen as well i believe. im compiling all of his lifts together and accomplishments and will make a thread in the future.

As has been said, Mark Henry. One of the absolutely strongest, most powerful men on the planet, in any discipline.

Mr. Socko seemed pretty strong, did you see his biceps, we all know that a big biceps pump equates to tons of functional strength.

Umm, Matt.....Mr. Socko didn't have arms, much less biceps.

Although not wrestling anymore Brock Lesnar was said to have a 700lb deadlift.I had also seen pics of Goldberg doing seated shoulder presses with 150lb dumbells.Cena is alot stronger than I thought he would be.The bigger guys like Big Show and Kahli might not have the best leverages to lift, but Im sure they have a ton of natural strength.

Cena??If so,wasnt he mostly a bodybuilder, and pretty light weight? If so,that is pretty impressive. Also,I think that some of the wrestlers in the 80s were probably some of the strongest.Guys like the Powers of pain, and The Road warriors were pretty massive guys! The 80s seemed to be a time when everyone in every sport blew up.

Im going with the Big Show. But I think Hulk Hogan in his prime could have taken any those guys hands down.

Are we talking gym strength or moving heavy stuff around strength? For gym strength Cena is certainly up there. For moving heavy stuff around strength, Big Show would be tough to beat.

Time for the obvious: Kaz had a brief stint in the WCW. So I pick him.
