I have the urge to turn that place into a bar!? Something about all the shiny objects just screams cardio bunny heaven. So the big question is........why sell? Hmmmm.

Why sell?
I have 3 kids...two in sports and both train....this take TIME!
A wife...her father had terminal cancer and died last Nov.....so a year and a half of crap for her and the extra stress has braught out some health problems of her own.She is my partner and has been going at about 50% for the last 18 months.......so the extra stress has been on my back.
A gym( open for 15 years) and Speed School( 2 years) in Kokomo....thought it would be cool to own two gym's-the 80 min drive( one way) is killing me.

The floor is concrete.There is 800 sq ft prime to tear out for a specialty floor...great for strongman and or functional training.

Face the facts.... if you are on here you are more than likely a freak.........that leaves the other 99.99% of humanity...they need a place to train...they like non intimidating...SWFC is just that...we have great trainers that churn a high dollar business and most people just want a smaller ass and to look good while having sex with the lights on....these people pay for training.

Good call Chad! I have been telling guys this forever, but everyone wants to open a dingy, rusty, strongman gym for all the "hardcore" guys out there. So basically opening a gym for like 6 guys in their city.
