You read right, my first PLing competition. It is just a gym bench meet, but still should be a good time. Me and a buddy will both be going for personal bests, and one of my non-lifting (aka pussy) friend's brothers will be going go for a weight he hasn't don since he injured his shoulder playing rugby.
I'm going for:
Bench- 170
Deadlift- 300 (I think I might cry if I make this)
Squat- 225 (with picture perfect form)
I'm bringing a camera, so will try and get pics of all my lifts, both in the middle, and and top part of the lift.
But, the best part fo the whole meet will be the free pizza we get :eek: :D
P.S. It is Saturday morning, so look back soon after that.
