Just wanted to share what a crap experience i am having with inzernet.com right now. I ordered a stock black lever belt which they said is kept in stock over a week ago. Haven't heard a thing so i finally call them up today and ask them what the hell is going on. They claim they are shipping it out today but "still don't have the tracking number, call back next week for it". I would highly suggest not shopping with them.

I'm in the market for a lever belt but can't find anyone else that has one in stock currently. I've heard so many horror stories I don't want to order from them but I think it might come down to getting something different or having to deal with them...

Mine took 6 weeks.

There are others that make lever belts. Cardillo (I think that's the name) makes some heavy pl belts.

Jim, I'd be the first to recommend Alan and APT. I've been looking at getting a new belt lately so was looking there. The only lever belt (10mm) they have is out of stock...

Mine only took 2 weeks to come to the UK. A friend of mine is still waiting 2 months on. It would appear that Inzer can be a hit or a miss.

Their shipping prices are on the high side also. I think I was about $70 to the UK.

Titan is the best! I've had my lever belt for over a decade, and beat the hell out of it, now Billy has it probably for another decade of abouse.

I haven't ordered anything from them in quite a while, but everything I've heard tells me if you call them up, you get awsome service.

Or you can use Brent Mikesell:

Brian, in a way I'm glad you brought this up. I had an extremely bad experience with them recently also, and wasn't really sure I wanted to say anything, but now I'm going to!

I received a pair of knee sleeves and elbow sleeves for Christmas this year. They were ordered according to their size chart to fit me. Well, the elbow sleeves were the same size as the knee sleeves, or about 4 inches bigger than they were suppose to be (I needed an XL)! I called them up and I explained to them that I think they were mislabeled. They told me to send them back with a note and they'd take care of it and get me the right size.

Nearly two weeks went by and no word. I called them up and they told me they didn't have any record of my order! Luckily, I had proof they accepted the delivery. They finally found them and tell me I can't return them because it was past the return allowance. I received them on Christmas and sent them back a week later. Well, we went around a few times and the decided to make an exception for the holiday. I still can't believe they have no provisions for the holiday season. Anyway, they told me I needed a size M because there is no way they were mislabeled.

Nearly two weeks later again, nothing. I call them up and they have no record of my order. We go round and round, and finally they say they'll request a new delivery.

I finally get my sleeves, and surprise! I can't get them over my forearms! So I call them back, and yet again, they have no record of my order. We go round and round, and figure it out. I tell them that I'm not paying shipping this time because it's BS that can't get this right. They told me to put them in a box and UPS would pick them up from my doorstep.

One week goes by, no UPS. I call them back...surprise, we have to go round and round again to find the record of my order. Anyway, I tell them to send me a prepaid label and I'll just drop it off. I explicitly told them to be sure to send the label to my address. Do you think they could do that? Nope, they sent it to the person who bought them for me in the first place.

I eventually sent them back and received a pair of Large sleeves, because they still insisted that XL wasn't the size I need. They're really snug, but I settled for them because I was done messing with those fools.

Moral of the story? INZER SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

P.S. sorry for the rambling :P

Exactly. I'd love to support APT, but I emailed Alan and he said they would be out of the lever belt for a while. I was after a 10mm in the first place...

Ugh, did not want to see some of the posts i have read. Looks like i have to call them all next week and bug them only to be lied to. Funny how they have no problem charging your credit card RIGHT away. Wonder what they will do when i revoke the payment.

It's a shame they can't get their act together. Their lifting equipment is superb. I can't believe how poor their service seems to be.

Although I got mine in good time it's really put me off ordering anything else from them.

Wow, I have ordered belts, suits, etc. from them 3 different times over the last 5 years and never had a problem. Always very good and fast service. Sorry to hear this. Maybe they changed management or owners.

Sorry to hear about all this, not to surprised though. Inzer was a very good lifter and a great deadlifter, but it sounds like his service is as inconsistent as ever. I remember this nonsense going on as far back as 85'. Try Pete Alanz at Titan or Rickey Crain from Crains Muscle World, had very good results with those guys over the years.

I can vouch for Rickey Dale as well. When I lived in Oklahoma I bought my first (and thus far, only) squat suit from him. Having a guy who can deadlift about 8000 pounds yanking on the straps will help anyone into a suit.

I ended up forgoing the lever and getting a double prong from APT. I've been hearing horror stories about Inzer for a while now, and would rather put off what I really want and support a company that supports our sport than get what I want elsewhere.

I'd have a hard time ordering anything from anyone other than APT, EliteFTS, or JackalsGym!

Those are 3 companies that take care of you every single time!

I have had nothing but good experience with inzer. I bought two pair of briefs from them in person at the warehouse in TX. Sorry that you guys are having a tough time with them but that is why there are plenty of other people who provide the same services....

I ordered a small package of stuff from Inzer before and it was here pretty quick and shipping was dirt cheap. Now I think about it, maybe they messed up the shipping costs too! Better for me! Want to order stuff again but now not so sure.

I have never had problems with Inzer, I've had problems with Elite before, but hey, I make mistakes too. The truth is I'm going to do business with the companies that have the lowest prices a the time I am in the market for a product. Nothing I buy is going to be used in life saving, so I figure a little shipping delay here or an order mix up there is unfortunate but can be resolved. Where I work I have seen mix ups that, for no known reason and no fault of any one person's, have taken months to resolve. I trust that people are doing their best to fix problems and that all of these companies try to provide good customer service, but stuff happens. Best of luck getting your issues resolved and for what it is worth I have always found that having a good attitude and friendly demeanor encourages people to help me out. When I'm a jerk, or I'm outwardly frustrated, people just seem to be a little less inclined to deal with me.

Just so you know I spoke to a very nice lady there when I ordered my belt and a week prior I had ordered wrist straps and had asked her why they took so long. Turns out that when you order online they don't receive the order until 1-2 business days after the order is submitted she said they have some type of issue with sharing over or something. She was apologetic and come to find out I ordered my belt from her and it shipped the same day and I had it in like 2 days. They just happened to have my right size and the color I wanted in stock. So if you do order call in and don't do it over the website and if you do call ask for Kim she was awesome.
