After following your advice, I have gone from 178 to 186 in 1 week (morning weight). Not too shabby. I consume between 3500 and 4000 cals/day. Lots of milk (w/ protein), pasta, basmati rice, bananas, vegetables, and chicken. No junk food, except ice cream shakes sometimes. Happy day! My goal is to break 200 pounds, and then start cutting back.
I seem to be getting stronger too. Can I expect this change in diet to yeild greater strength gains than my usual diet and workout alone?
