here is a way to rehab and get stone work at the same time. my pt mike rich thought of this today to help me get ready for poland and norway.... sorry about the size and the rotation of the pic

Looks like it might be attached by a strap around the ball.

Question about that exercise Kevin (or anyone with experience). Does this help primarily on loading stones or is the lapping portion also worked? I've been trying to figure out a way to get stone work in when I travel, since most gyms don't have stones, even if they have a steel log or other implements. Does anyone have any video?
