Hey Marshall.E-mail the high schools,and colleges in your area.Out of curiosity I e-mailed our local high school to see if they had any equipment that they wanted to get rid of.I ended up getting a ton of stuff for $150....including racks,plates,bumpers,safety squat bar and a bunch of other machines,benches,bars and weights.They were going to scrap it all!

Chris- I'm loving Colorado, this area is beautiful and a smaller town which I like as well, the funeral home is going good, business is slow right now but it always is in the spring so I've just been getting things set up and I've done a lot of fishing! :D

Marshall, do you have a truck? do you ever drive back to Houston?

There is an auction site I use that is specifically for Houston(sometimes other TX areas) schools. Whenever a school upgrades their equipment they sell it for pennies on the dollar. I have seen 3,000#+ of weight plates sell for $200. 2-3 squat racks for $100. let me know if your interested. If your dad could store it in his garage, I could probably pick it up and drop it off for the price of diesel.

They did have cardio equipment,but had already sold it...it went very cheap too.What kind of cardio equipment are you looking for?Im always looking around online for good deals on stuff.If I run across anything Ill let you know.
