I've done the OTC pill form when cutting weight for a contest, and it worked really well. I really don't believe in any health benefits from it just because I still have yet to read any concrete proof of it. As far as how I felt, it was great. You never realize how bloated you really feel until after doing that. You'll definitely feel lighter a trimmer but, it is only temporary.

I've done the Dr. Natura cleanse for about 3 weeks, and I will testify, strange things will come out of you after about 10-14 days if you do it consistently.
My only complaint, I felt a bit run down while doing it. Might have been something unrelated that was taking a toll on me (I was REALLY stressed around that time), but after about a week on, I just didn't have a lot of energy most days for the remaining 2 weeks or so that I did it. But, if there was anything inside my body that didn't work its way out before, the Dr. Natura cleanse certainly took care of it :D

most colon cleanse is a scam, Very little and I MEAN very little gets stuck in the digestive tract. Unless you have serious problems its not like there is GUNK stuck on the walls, or stuck in one of the turns because of a serious racing accident two turds were having.
Any weird poops from doing some weird cleanse is the result of the cleanse itself. not weird things that were stuck in there. Most cleanses contain products that push stuff along faster, a weird poop can easily be the un digested food. Hence the feeling sluggish someone stated above.
Yes we do carry anywhere between 8-10lbs of stuff in there a day. But its getting digested. If you eat 5lbs a day and poop a good 1 lber. thats 4 lbs still making its way through you. Its a factory line of work. High quality comes from slow steady work not fast cheap labor!

You sound like a representative of the local poop union workers.

I had salmonella a couple of weeks ago. I felt pretty well "cleansed" after that and it was completely free aside from extra TP used. :disgust:

If you want to do it for cheap just go eat some Korean food. Colon is clean 12 hours later.
