Just wanted to say thanks to Jay for helping me train. Long story short, I drove down from Montana and while in Boise, Jay opened his gym to me again. It may not seem like much, however would you open your gym late on a Sunday (being 4th of July weekend) and then invited a fellow brother over to your house for dinner after training. Jay did just that for me. Thank you to Jay and Joann for dinner, and taking time out of your busy lives (new babies are fun) to help me out. Thank you again, and see in September.

What part of Montana did you drive down from? I live in Ronan, North of Missoula. I am currently in Colorado but I will be back in the middle of August. If you are in the area I have all the stuff you need to train with.

First of all thanks James for the offer. I was only in Montana for business. My mom owns a home building company in Kalispell. If I am ever up there for an extended amount of time I will hit you up. I am pretty much a traveling fiend.
