Happy Birthday to Charles Mickey, future Master's competitor and founding member and coach of Team Big Sac.

Have a great day. Remember, ice goes in the glass, and on your knees.

Thanks Pudge! And thanks to everyone!

(Kettle One Martini as I type, home made lasagna, from scratch cheesecake and really good wine to follow)

40 was a rough year for me 3 knee surgeries, herniated disks that led to osteoarthritis (robbed me of my push jerk). So I have not competed in some time now.

BUT!

I truly hope, God willing, to at least get one good shot at Masters in 2010. I also have Scotland / Ireland planed for 2010 so the Manhood Stones will need to be lifted!

NEVER LET GO!
Mick

Thanks Buddy!

Scotland? Always wanted to see it - and a young friend of mine, who is way too young to get married...but he' s doing it anyway.... so I figured I’d better go for bachelor party!
