My favorite fighter of all-time was found dead today in a resort in Brazil. He was 37. Details haven't been released yet, but he was on his honeymoon with his second wife and their one year old son was with them. He was found in their room in a pool of blood. As of now, murder is the assumption.

RIP Arturo, I'm glad I got to be ringside for your final fight and glad to have met you a few times. See you on the other side, brother.

So he was strangled with a purse strap while in his sleep. His wife is charged with the murder :(

I heard that. That sucks. His battles with ward were classic. Dont see many fights like that anymore.

Is this for real? If so what a shame. R.I.P.

He was an amazing boxer, that's a real shame something so unfortunate had to happen to him so young. He will be missed..

This is becoming a crazy world..it's beyond me how so many young stars can pass away so close together..truly unfortunate

Man, I hate to say this, but there must be some crazy chicks out there. I suppose the jealousy is multiplied when it's a guy with money and fame. A lot of guys aren't saints to begin with, but when you add in all the money and fame....

This is very sad. :( I'm not a huge boxing fan buy this guy was a great fighter. After all their work, him and McNair didn't get to enjoy life after their sport for long.

(Some guys seem to have trouble identifying the crazy-level of women....and to make sure I'm not leaving anyone out, there are some crazy-jealous guys too beating their GF's, etc. Cases of crazy-jealous guys are probably more frequent in fact.)
