I'm trying to get ideas for a new bag. I have an Inzer bag. I thought it would be wise to shop with them considering it's a powerlifting company and assumed their bags were heavy duty. However a few months ago the shoulder strap popped off and I've crazy glued it a few times and it just wont stay. It will pop off as I'm walking to the gym.

Would you guys mind posting links to your bags and just let me know what you think of them? I was looking at the APT bags but I'm now apprehensive about getting another powerlifting bag? Thanks.

Right now I use an Ironmind bag for going to the gym (http://www6.mailordercentral.com/ironmind/prodinfo.asp?number=1235) and Im looking into getting one of the new Rehband wheel bags that Jackals has just started selling (http://www.jackalsgym.com/store.aspx?prod_id=RH-WBAG)

Heh, I just use one of my dad's old bags from when he was in the Marines. That thing still can take a beating. I once used it in place of a rope for pull-ups with 75lbs.

For the last few years I've just had an Adidas bag I got at a sporting goods store, looks like this one (http://www.ebags.com/adidas/elite_team_duffel_large/product_detail/index.cfm?modelid=90498&lastterm=adidas%20Elite%20Team%20Duffel%20Large) except mines all black - its held up pretty well with the only thing getting worn is the shoulder strap. I like that I can toss my Rehbands in the vented pocked on the side and they'll air out between workouts, and its got plenty of space for all my stuff

I use an old jansport back pack i have. It fits everything i need and more and its meant to take abuse. It's been my gym bag for 4 years now.

I carry the large Ironmind bag to work, 5-6 days a week: sweat clothes, two meals, snacks, plus other stuff that goes with me.
It must be in steady use for about six years, maybe more. Not one bit of wear and tear on it.
Ironmind sure makes good stuff.

Best, or most expensive? Nothing against Jackal's, because they're freakin awesome, but Rehband is ridiculously expensive. I recently purchased some of the NEW Mueller elbow sleeves and they are almost exactly the same as the Rehbands - thickness, material, and fit - for less than a 1/3 the cost.

I've got an old bag I bought from Target probably about 5 years ago, I just started using it again this year but it's held up good so far, taken quite a bit of abuse and being thrown around.

I may have to look more seriously into one of those Rehband bags, I just checked them out at Jackal's I'm impressed and for 25 and change for it, not bad.

I have an Inzer bag but it has wheels so I don't bother with the strap

I've never had Mueller stuff, but my Rehband "belt" , knee sleeves, and elbow sleeves have held up very well. I use the belt and knee sleeves nearly every work out and have washed them a number of times as well. I've had the belt 3 years and it's basically only dirty. Like most, I wear my belt over it as well.

A little pricey.

I have to admit I haven't used any other brands though and as far as a gym bag, I use whatever is around. Haven't had the need to buy a brand name one since it doesn't take a lot of abuse. (I train mostly at home.)

Saw some really cool ones in Playboy made out of the tarps they put on Humvees that have been in Iraq. Probably pretty expensive, but I would guarantee they're tough.

Small Ironmind duffel bag, held up great the past 4 years since I got it, no wear or damage at all. Those things are so strong, you could probably load 200+ lbs. in them and use them for farmer's implements :D
