Just sitting around work and picked up a Muscle and Fitness that my partner left in the car... To my surprise theres a 2 page thing on Poundstone.

It's probaly been mentioned already but figured id share

It also say's that he's training for the Mr Olympia strongman contest? ANyone know anything about that? Or is that the GNC show? Whatever it is, just remind Poundstone that it's the strongman contest they want him for and not the Bodybuilding!:N:

Not sure.. I believe Olympia is 24 of September or around that. Its right after my birthday every year. I think I will be going to watch this year as a matter of fact!

Has David Henry on the front. Oh, and it has an article about Deadlft as the best excersise of all time. The BB mags occasionally have good stuff. Someday we will see Derek on the cover big and featured, and David Henry down in the corner.
