For those of you who haven't heard the rumors, Jon "Sarge" Allen recently did a bodybuilding contest today, and while I wasn't able to attend it, I did see him in prime condition at Washington's Strongest Apple. Weighing in at literally ounces under 200 lbs, looking completely different from the man who more or less brought me into this sport! Amazing job Sarge! We are all proud of you!

Well check it out Kevin, when I talked to him, he mentioned that he is eating and doing cardio like a body builder, but all his training is still that of a strongman because that is what he knows. To me, that is the best of both worlds. Of course he said his numbers have went down a bit, but to me, he'd also be in the 200 lb class, so I bet he's still diesle compared to the other 200's!
